Domain Name Troubles

This is just to ask you about something, why does the domain name 'unfold' and how do I stop it? What I mean is why is it that when I go to 'halonirvana.com/wordpress' it changes itself to 'halonirvana.x10hosting.com/wordpress'. I want the domain name to remain there as what I typed in as the url and not to be overwritten for some unknown reason.

Check config of wordpress to make sure that its not made to think that halonirvana.x10hosting.com is main site.

If you put:
http://www.halonirvana.com/wordpress/ (with the final dash) it doesn't change.

As t2t2t said check the WordPress config.

It's a really annoying thing that is caused by something in the server config, since wordpress wouldn't cause the redirect for only the link without the slash.

It's not just that directory, it's all directories. This one for example: http://www.halonirvana.com/community. How can I fix this strange glitch without going around telling everyone to put in the extra slash at the end?
