domain name

I have a domain name bannerex.co.nz which is pointing to my x10hosting account but all I get is http://www.bannerex.co.nz/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi It was before working fine and showing the index.html page that I have uploaded. When I go into the control pane it no longer shows bannerex.co.nz as a listed domain, when I try to add it it says it is already configured. When I look in files my index.html is in the publichhtml and the www folder. What next?
