First of all, hello everyone! The hosting rules.

But... I need some help setting up the domain. What do I need to do to make my domain (getadesign.info) to point to http://getadesign.x10hosting.com.

P.S. Where can I see a screenshot of ads on those ad supported freehosting?

First of all you should point the domain to x10hosting nameservers:
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

After you've done this and the DNS of your domain is updated, you just need to change your main domain at your Account Management Panel or add your domain as Parked Domains in cPanel.
