I have a .net domain registered with another company and have the nameservers pointing to NS1.x10hosting.com and NS2.x10hosting.com but have not seen the nameservers propagating to my account yet. I have:
1. Contacted the domain registration company and verified that the nameservers are properly set up.
2. Opened a command prompt and entered "ipconfig /dnsflush".
3. Cleared my browser cache.
4. Re-attempted to connect to http://www.treasurepools.net".

The error page that I am getting is:
[h=1]This webpage is not available[/h]The webpage at http://www.treasurepools.net/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Error 137 (net::ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED): Unknown error.

The web registration company suggested that I contact x10hosting to verify the setup on this end so any help is appreciated.

Thank you,
Brian

Did you set [ treasurepools.net ] as a 'Parked" or "Add-on" domain ?

No, but I shouldn't have to. Should I? Al I am trying to do is to change my "treasurepools.x10.mx" domain name to "treasurepools.net".

From the link in my last post (above)...

You can NOT change your primary (main) domain - however you can setup parked domains that will show the exact same Web site as your primary (main) domain - and at the same time - you can setup addon domains that have their own area - each one being a complete Web site.

Sorry, I had to experiment to figure this out. When you said "you can setup parked domains that will show the exact same Web site as your primary (main) domain", I assumed you were referring to my treasurepools.x10.mx domain. It appears to be working now that I set up an add-on domain with the new domain name.

Thank you for the help,
Brian
