Domain nameserver problem

Long story short:

I have a Hungarian domain name what I would like to use here. The problem: the Hungarian authority rules not allowed to modify nameservers until the hosting not ready for the new domain (for example: postmaster email, etc...).

The problem is here, because the CPanel not allow to add any new domain with the old nameservers.

So, I need some help to find the solution for this problem.
