I'm having the same problem.
My domain name, markyates.co.uk was pointing at markyates.x10hosting.com as it should but since last night itjust points to a holding page. If I enter markyates.x10hosting.com into my browser, the site is there.
I tried adding markyates.co.uk as a parked domain but it wouldn't let me, it said it's already configured. So, I added a redirect from markyates.co.uk to markyates.x10hosting.com and that doesn't seem to work either.
Help!!!!

did you point your domains to our nameservers?
and did you park them in cPanel?

If you did, you need 24 - 48hours (usually under 24h) for the domain to propagate. If within that timeframe it is still not parked, that's the time to worry ;)

EDIT: I checked both of your domains and it's displaying x10 index page. what do you want to do?
point them to your existing site?

I'm facing the same problem. My domain bhaktipuro.x10hosting.com was redirected to www.bhaktipuro.org.ve. After the change of servers, whenever I tried to access my site I would get a page with the 10xhosting logo and google ads. Then I realized my addon domaing was gone, so I deleted the redirection and am now able to access my site at bhaktipuro.x10hosting.com. However, when I try to add the other domain again I get: Error from park wrapper: bhaktipuro.org.ve is already configured.

Yes, the name servers are set correctly and I've parked the domain several days ago. It was working fine until last night.
I'd like markyates.co.uk to take you to markyates.x10hosting.com please.

First, this is the problem when multiple people ask for help in one thread ... we have various questions and its hard to answer everyone. ( But will try )

Youblay - Domain changing is disabled. You will need to request an Account Manager to update this for you.
Please provide the domain name, and if you are on Ad-Enhanced or Ad-Free. And the same goes for terminated an account - just post a message stating you wish to have your account closed.

sasquatchbob - You can't have your domain point to the sub-domain. Once the domain has been entered in place of your sub-domain, the sub-domain will stop functioning. I will look into this for you and see if its set correctly.

Janardan - One of the Admin's may need to reset the DNS server for you and reset your domain in your account. Due to the server change, there just may have been a hiccup.

As for the question to "When will someone fix this?" - As you can tell, there were a lot of issues regarding the new server addition, and as I said above - when multiple people post various questions in one thread ( instead of their own thread - to let the staff know of a wide problem ) we aren't aware of it as quickly.

I don't think you understand StarShine.

Our forums work on the subdomain but not on the domain we have on the account (either parked or add-on), and when we go to the cPanel there IS no parked/add-on in the list that we SHOULD have! But, when we try to add it, it says it's already configured!

I understand only what you post. ( Read above ) You didn't mention anything about a forum. Just "your site". I gave an answer to what information was provided. Plus, again - I stated that because of the multiple requests for help, its hard to help one person - because it may be a different answer for each.

So, my answer stand then. It seems that during the move, something got screwed up. Corey ( The Admin ) will need to erase the DNS settings and reset it with your domain.

Is this resolved? It could have been caused by the upgrade issues we were experiencing. Let me know and I'll look into it.
