Domain not registered

My domain arijit.co.cc is registered on x10 but navigating to http://arijit.co.cc shows that it is available?
I am also unable to login to cPanel. Please see to the problem.

Co.cc is a third-party mostly free domain name service that x10hosting doesn't own nor control. x10hosting doesn't automatically register your chosen co.cc domain for you, so you'll need to go to co.cc like that page says to register it there. Set the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com
