domain not working again

Ok so I am lost I was having issues installing anything on my domain and finally it started working again, I installed my website and then I left for two days. Now my site is back down when I first tried going to my site today i got that cheap search page again. so I went and tryed to reinstall wordpress and i got the setup page. However the set up page asks to set up the config file so I clicked the link to set it up and i got a page not found error. so I deleted the wordpress files and reinstalled them to the server. however I am still having the same issue. I tryed to search the forums but it wouldn't let me search, i deleted my cookies and cash and still nothing. So here I am a week into trying to use this wonderful service and I have had a total of 10mins of working service. I am the type of person that trys out the free stuff and bases whether to upgrade based on that and frankly I am starting to get discouraged. Forget the social site for a moment the main reason I even thought of building the social site again is because I need to build a programming portfolio and I only have the one domain. I need this to work so I can get work please anyone that has an idea of what may be going on let me know asap!

Your site loads. It outputs a database error. Which means that you possibly gave it the wrong information or did not set up your datbase and user properly.
