Domain not working

I posted a support question as to why my URL was saying \\\"Domain Available\\\" and received replies concerning account signup problems which I understood had been resolved. Also I received an email saying all was set up and could be used immediately. Additionally I have full access to my cPanel.\r\n\r\nSo why can I not get at my URL successfully? \r\n\r\nAlso, the reason I am having to send another suport request is that because everytime I try to submit a reply in the forum I get a message something like Answer to a random question was incorrect!
