Domain not working

Hello,
I know this may be a stupid question but I have to ask it anyway. I've set up a domain to point to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com for my acount[it's the domain I signed up for,] and it's been over 24hrs since I set the nameservers, and it's still not working. Is there anything else I have to do? the domain is

I would just give it time, some times it takes a couple days

I'm checking into it... I think it is a DNS problem on our end.

Should be resolved, when the account was created it did not add a DNS entry for some reason.
