Howdy;
Is this new VPS service?
If it is, (Status: Pending), you will need to wait for your account / service to be setup. After everything is setup you will receive an email with details about your account and service.

I checked, the VPS is online. If you need any more support, you will need to log into the client area and open a ticket.
