domain parking issue

ive searched and found people with the similar issue, but haven't fixed my problem.

it was suggested that i re-park my domain to fix my "server not found" problem. when I try to re-park my domain (www.superdopemetal.com), it says "park wrapper error - domain is owned by another user"

in the other posts , dns entries were flushed, or something magical was done (new to this)

all nameservers are pointing to my proper ip (74.86.116.190) from the domain host.

still, i'm missing something.

also, I am impressed by the operators of this site, seems they have their shtuff together.

You also need to change your domain name in the account panel on the x10hosting site. That will probably fix your problem. (www.x10hosting.com/login)

in the x10 hosting account panel, it is already www.superdopemetal.com

should it be something different if i want to park the domain?
