I pointed nameservers for domain "retireonpassiveincome.com" to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com about 2 days ago, but when I try to park it in cpanel, I always get the following error message:

Error from park wrapper: Using nameservers with the following IPs: 74.86.117.243,74.86.117.241 Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.

NOTE: the account where the domain was hosted at before has been deleted, and I have already pointed name servers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com about 2 days ago.

Please help!
cpanel username: retire
xhosting10 URL: nowyoucanretire.x10hosting.com

Thanks

whois does indeed throw up the correct dns servers

Domain servers in listed order:
NS2.X10HOSTING.COM
NS1.X10HOSTING.COM

I dont see why this would be an issue, I will move to level 2 support.

The strange thing is that 74.86.117.243 and 74.86.117.241 are x10hosting nameserver IP's.
I'll ask Corey about this.

Nameservers weren't configured correctly in the new server "Lotus". It has been fixed now.
I've parked the domain for you and it's working correctly.

If you need further assistance feel free to re-open this thread or create a new one.
