domain parking problems

Hi,

I purchased the domain on behalf of a client (www.domain.co.uk) and set up parking via my x10hosting account. It seems to be working fine when i go to domain.co.uk, but not www.
I have entered a CNAME with the domain host for www. that points to the x10hosting nameservers; but all that is displayed is an error 'default website page'.

Could you tell me what a solution to this would be, so that my domain points to my host files with and without the www prefix.

Try changing the www. CNAME to 127.0.0.1 or removing it all together. Or else create a redirect which redirects both www. and non www.

You had configured "A Record" for only pinkpills.co.uk. Do the same by including www.pinkpills.co.uk. This should solve you problem.
