domain problem on fris

After moving lotus to fris I can not see my site (total 12 days)!
Today I can enter to cPanel and in Addon Domains I can see new data:

MySite.com REDIRECTS to http://x10lotus.x10hosting.com/cgi-sys/movingpage.cgi

What should be on this row ?

If I change lotus name to fris (w/o words cgi-sys/movingpage.cgi) all is same (I can not see my site).

Similar issue here though only effecting my subdomains. I can access the homepage, but no subdomains (they're all forwarded as you described). Did you by any chance get some resolution on this? Can't seem to get the bugs worked out myself.

I can not see my site 18 days !
I opened two tickets, but without any answer until today !!
