Domain problem

Hello,
Last two/three month there was lot of problem to access my domain. sometimes it comes, sometimes not.
But now my site is totally down. My domain is not in suspension mode.
I can access my forum
I can access my cpanel .
But my site doesn't come up.

my domai was adfree
my domain is subdomain.x10hosting.com
Account user name: x99host


Please up my domain if possible.
