Domain problem

hello

what steps do i need to take to get my kihas.com domain to work with my web page i have know idea

1st. Point domain's nameservers to : ns1.x10hosting.com / ns2.x10hosting.com

2nd. Set domain either as parked or add-on domain.

when i changed the name server settings it has name server 1: ns2.x10hosting.com
name server 2: ns1.x10hosting.com
and i can't swap them around and is there anything i have to do in the account management panel

You need to park the domain or add the domain from your cPanel.
