ive changed the name server to x10s name servers with my domain registar but i keep getting this error

Edit:
also when i look in parked domains the domain i want to use is not there
but when i try to park my domain is saying "There was a problem creating the parked domain. Show Details Error from park wrapper: nitro.gb.com is already configured."
even thou in my parked domin section it says
"No Parked Domains are present"
