domain still shows account suspended weeks after unsuspension

Hello,

It seems that I have 2 problems:

1) domain still shows the "account suspended" page after weeks of being unsuspended.
a) My domain is http://www.amtruckrepair.com
b) My username is "jeff7070"

2) I am unable to login to my cPanel. It always tells me that my username/passwords is incorrect. I have tried resetting my password on the account management page multiple times, but it does not seem to be correctly updating my cPanel password correctly.
