Domain stuff.. & Up time

Hi,

First off My domain....i've added the right web fowarding addy and name servers but when i go "park domain" in the cpanel and type in ebony-works.net it says its owned by another user!

Second, after an exciting development of a new radio on my site i find x10hosting.com is up and running but www.ebony.x10hosting.com is not! And not just for a few mins but for a whole evening...just wondering what happening with u guys and why my sites down quite alot...

Any answers are very much welcome!

Ok, well before I post asking why my account is suspened where do you get the adds from which your meant to put on every page of your site?
