Question 1: Hi, before I started using x10hosting for Wordpress.org, I was hosting my blog at Blogger and had several subdomains forwarded to other sites I am on. However, once I made the switch for my top level domain (which was successful), my subdomains stopped working.

I understand that the free accounts here only comes with two subdomains, but my Google/Godaddy domain allows me 90 subdomains. Does anyone know how I could make both work now that I am switched over or do I have to go back to Blogger to make my subdomains work?

Question 2: About how fast is the paid hosting?

Question 3: Is free hosting similar to the paid hosting as far as account deletion goes? I need a reliable host for my websites, and love it here so far, but I keep reading online about hosting being suspended for adding forums and various other reasons. So, this is a major concern for me if I buy my hosting. My sites will be to blog about my online store with links, have an entertainment gossip site, etc.

I know I asked a lot , but please help if you can. Thank you in advance!

1) I'm not 100% sure what you mean, but if you have your domain's nameservers pointed at x10, then we would manage your DNS and therefore any subdomains.
2) Paid cannot be compared to free. It is much better due to there being significantly fewer account per server.
3) The paid Terms of Service is slightly more lenient than free hosting's. I think what you've read is reviews from disgruntled members whose accounts were suspended for illegal activity. The forum suspensions you saw were likely nulled scripts, which are illegal and prohibited. Provided you stick to the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, your account will not be suspended.

Thanks for the reply. I am pretty new to hosting and all. I did a search on null scripts, but still don't have the least idea what a null script is or how to avoid it. I'm thinking maybe it comes with some templates/themes you download from sites for your blog.

As far as subdomains go, when you purchase a domain through Google/Godaddy, it allows up to 90 subdomains. These subdomains have nothing to do with which site you host with. They shouldn't have been interrupted when I made the switch from Blogger to x10hosting. But unfortunately, now that I have my top level with x10hosting, my subdomains no longer work. I receive a message stating "Server not found."

Thanks again!:)

Hello,

Nulled scripts are scripts which are supposed to be paid for but have the bit that makes you pay for them compromised.
What is the domain you're trying to use?

Thanks.
