Hello!

I'm trying to transfer a domain from lycos to x10, I've found an option to change the DNS manager (in the lycos control panel), from reading other posts:

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

Seem to be the name servers? although lycos' page is requesting IP Address as well.

Just a guess, but would that be the x10 account address? or have I got the wrong end a the stick?

Welcome to x10 westcg! The nameservers you have are correct. Since you could be on one of several servers, the IP can be different. Your account panel should tell you your proper IP address, as well as cPanel. If it doesn't work, you can post up what server you're on here and one of us can get the IP for you. Additionally, if you know the name of your server, you can find the server IP by running a trace route to it by entering the address of *servername*.x10hosting.com such as absolut.x10hosting.com (the server I'm on).

Hope this isn't too confusing or complex.
