hello i own the domain palzone.me i tryed to addon the domain but it shows in use by another member can this please be fixed.

i did but the email got changed and so did the pass so i cant recover it can my domain please be deleted... my domain also is set to ur server and it shows it got hacked so please delete the account and my domain so i can add it on to the new account i have made
