To set up a domain with x10, you have to first set the domain's nameservers to NS1.X10HOSTING.COM and NS2.X10HOSTING.COM in your GoDaddy account area. Then add it as an addon or parked domain in cPanel.
I see that you have no addon or parked domains set up.
