Domains still showing up, but the sites are gone

Just logged into my account and it is saying I have no websites, though my domains show up fine in the domains section.

Has all my data disappeared?

Sorry for the delay in a reply - this thread seemed to have slipped by.

This is likely because you are using our simplified x10Hosting Basic control panel, and it is not recognising your files as what it classes as a "website" since you've never used it before. Your data is completely safe.

Would you like me to switch your account to the standard cPanel x3 theme? The self-switcher currently appears to be having problems.

Thanks a lot, that would be most helpful. I've tried switching, but it just displays a blank screen.
