domani assign

hello I'm new here and i have a question for everybody can help:
i host my web site here but i bought a domain from anoter host ho can i redirect the domani to my web hosted here..
i guess is DSN matter but i don't know how to do it..

so if i understand i have to go in the control panel and create a new html file?
