Domen take over.

Hello!
My Accout was deleted but my own domen were on it and at the moment i cant use my domen. I reset the dns supplier to my default and wait 24h. but there is some site on it . check wiki.tahona.pl - how can i access to the cpanel and delete setup?

its strange that i have access to the forum but not to the account..and this e-mail cant be find by password restarter.

As indicated in a support ticket you opened that I replied to a bit ago, the original account is showing not available in the system. Chances are it was suspended for an extended time and erased as an inactive account; whatever site you're seeing isn't hosted on x10hosting anymore - a trace shows it's a site overseas and not even in the same data center.

Because it's not hosted through us, there's not much we can do to help - I'd advise checking with the domain registrar to ensure the domain is still under your control.


Edit: I should also note there's no real way for us to "take control" of a domain - all we can do is put an entry in our nameservers that says it's on our services, but if the domain isn't set to use our nameservers then that entry doesn't do anything either.
