Is it against the rules to like offer a service or something and payment be donation points? and advertize here on the forum like in your sig about doing this?

Nope, Your allowed to sell your own made sigs/templates/wallpapers.. and Even if you help somone out you can get them to pay you in points. Or have them pay for space in your sig.
