Don't wish to be suspended again

This is the website, I was suspended for the lack of ads, as I did not know how to implement them.
Is this all they are supposed to look like, or is there anything else that I should do?

Now I just need to figure out why my sql database screwed up and why my sql connect.php file no longer works...

Are there any access changes made to the database on un-suspension?
