Hi I have a small webstore site that I would like to host on my free x10 account.

I don't want to move it over here until I am positive I would not be breaking any Terms of Service.

The site is just a ZenCart module selling a premium upgrade for an app developed by me and my partner. When this premium package is purchased there is one .zip file the purchasers have available for download. It contains two more small apps I have developed.

One of the apps included in the .zip is for the next purpose of my site. It is a HWID generator that generates the HWID of the users computer which they then email to me. I add the HWID to a text file(that would be hosted on the site as well).

The main app when opened connects to this text file and compares the Users HWID with the HWID list in the text file to make sure they are a valid premium user. (this is the part I am concerned may violate TOS?).

An example of my current site is here: http://autovin.netau.net/premium/upgrade/

The site expects less then 500 unique purchases most likely far less then that, so the traffic would be very little.

Near as I can tell both should be fine; the two parts that would've been called into question are File Hosting, and Script Hosting. Neither is broken:

* File Storage: Accounts are not to be used for file storage, your account will be permenantly suspended if found to be breaking this rule. Downloads are only allowed on your x10Hosting account if they have to do directly with your website. e.g. you developed custom software and are selling it or giving it away. Accounts may not be used for mirrors, game file hosting, or any other type of file hosting not specified here.

Bolded the appropriate part there; it's part of the selling process, and would be fine.

* Script Hosting: Space provided by x10Hosting is to be used to create a functional website, we do not allow bots, content scrapers, or any other script that runs continuously on your account. Any scripts that are executed via cron or manually must be directly related to your website.

Same here; it doesn't run continuously, and it has a legitimate purpose directly related to the software the website is selling.

I can't see any problems with it, and I'm usually pretty good at finding even the SLIGHTEST violations :)
