Down for 3 days

My website has been down for three days. At the first day, every time I refresh it, I can only see error 500 and "site not available". Then for the next 2 days, my website is completely down. Is it because the server is down?

I cannot see any issues with your site and a page titled 'Starleaf' is loading very quickly. After a few clicks through the links, I also haven't come across any 500 errors.
