Before switching to x10 hosting I regularly made backups of my site just in case of an emergency where I need to restore my site to a previous version. After transferring my site to x10 hosting, I can't seem to see an option to do this? I've exported the database through phpMyAdmin but on my old host there was simply a "create backup" option... In the File Manager then no matter what I do, the "download" option is disabled (though I would prefer a way to download the files as a .zip, .tar, etc., rather than having to download all of the files).

Is such a feature available?

Thanks!

  6. An archived folder will be created, if you click on that folder you will see that the download button activates, allowing you to download your website backup as you wished.
