Does anyone know of a way to download flash files especially, off of the net? When they are playing? Example: http://www.ebaumsworld.com/peanutbutter.shtml

I want to download it to my computer. Know if you can?

Hmm, if you use a download manager, you can drag and drop the things you wan't to download on the basket. So that's a way to do it.

assuming thats the flash you want.

Sorry for bumping a surely dead topic, but

Usually if you look via the source code View > View Source in IE,
Right Click > Page Source in FF

And look for *.swf, that's usually the file you want.
