downtime at boru?

I recently created an x10 account and recently boru.x10hosting.com has not been loading and neither has my site. Any idea how long the downtime will be? Thanks,

Your site pops right up, but there are no files there except the skeleton that comes with a new account.

EDIT/ADD:

When you say boru is not loading, do you mean that the link to the cPanel login screen does not load?
