Without seeing the specifics of what is asking for, I will assume that is for a standard FTP connection.

Server/Host: (your site here, no www.)
Username: your cPanel username
Password: your cPanel password

Let us know if there is anything else it is asking for that you do not know.

Dreamweaver is a web source code editor, it provides some help in hosting the website yourself, I don't believe it has FTP functions, and if it does it would be much easier to get an FTP Client anyway, try FileZilla FTP Client.

Here Is The Link To The Full FTP Tutorial For Dreamweaver 8. PM Me For Any More Help. http://kidmania.exofire.net/ftp_help.wmv
Its A Little Blurry So Make It Full Screen The First Time You Watch It.

The Video And The Settings Are For Dreamweaver 8. The Settings Are The Same In All FTP Clients. I Think That You Set It Up The Same Way In Dreamweaver MX But I Do Not Know About Dreamweaver CS3

Also To Upload Click The Arrow Pointing Up Above The Files

If You Can Not Read It The Settings Are:
No, I Do Not Want To Use A Server Technology
Connection: FTP
FTP Host: ftp.yourdomain.com
FTP Password: Set Up In cPanel
FTP Username: Setup In cPanel
FTP Path: Can Be Edited And Viewed In cPanel
Use SFTP: No

Just Go Into cPanel And Click FTP Accounts To Set Them Up.

Also Once You Have Clicked "Manage Sites" In Dreamweaver Use The Basic Setup Not The Advanced. There Are 2 Tabs At The Top Of The Setup Window
