drop down menus with JavaScript disabled?

I'm making a dropdown menu. But my IE 7 won't let the JavaScript through (and therefore won't let the dropdown menu function) --until I click on the little yellow bar that says, "to help protect...Active X..scripts...etc." It seems like everybody else's dropdown menus work, even though theirs also contain JavaScript.

I get this problem a lot.

It seems everybody else gets their pages containing JavaScript to come through, but IE 7 always catches mine. How do I get my dropdown menus containing JavaScript to load?

I have not put the dropdown menu on this page yet, but it is an example of my pages with javascript (that won't function until I click the yellow bar):

This would be a setting in your IE7 you would have to enable them in options.
