AUP Violations:
1) * is otherwise illegal or solicits conduct that is illegal under laws applicable to you or to x10Hosting; or
2) * is intended to assist others in defeating technical copyright protections;
3) * clearly infringes on another person's trade or service mark, patent, or other property right;
Under these violations a permanent suspension has been applied to your account for multiple violations of copyright by providing a Runescape Private Client on your site which is not allowed for any reason period. You cannot be unsuspended or permitted further access to your account.
I'm aware on IRC you were asking about upgrading to fix the downtime; upgrading will fix the downtime, but won't change the illegalities of this situation and thus the account can't be migrated.
