Due to missing files in my cpanel which creates an internal error

In my cpanel,some files are missing.Due to this its showing an internal error in my site.I am new to Cpanel so I am not able to rectify this error.And also i am now only learning creating website using Cpanel and its features.So
please update all the missed files in my cpanel.i already deleted all the files in www.directory.
