e-mail accounts have disappeared

I did have three e-mail accounts on my account, now cpanel says I have none, no e-mails are coming through on my client, but I can still send them, when I try to add them again in cpanel, it says the e-mails already exist.
Does anyone have any advise on this please?

No, webmail says the account doesn't exist a tall. When I send from a third party I get no e-mail to my inbox (I'm using outlook), but I do get an e-mail to my third party address stating, 'mail delivery failed', 'LMTP error after RCPT'. The strange thing is when I send an e-mail using outlook (so the e-mail address hosted on here), it sends absolutely fine.
