Hello there!
I recently just set up two e-mail accounts through cPanel. As I always do once i set up a new e-mail account, I sent myself a test message to see if it worked.
To my dismay, as i tried to login to either account to check the account, the webmail would tell me that either my username or password was incorrect for both accounts.
I then realized that cPanel listed my email addresses like this:
admin @ www . interwebpirates . com
instead of:
admin @ interwebpirates . com
I double checked and sent an email to the admin @ www . interwebpirates . com email account, and sure enough it showed up in my inbox...
Am I doing something wrong? Did I bork up a setting?
my cPanel username is interweb and the website is interwebpirates.com...I used the search function but found nothing relevent to my issues.
Thanks in advance, love your service!
EDIT: had to space out the email so it would show up right sorry :s
