E-Mail Problem

Yea so far i have loved this free hosting site but i have a problem.

My site is: nalydepop.pcriot.com (UNDER CONSTRUCTION)

My problem is that i am giving someone a e-mail account but thay cant access it unless they are logged into c panel which is my account. How can i fix this?

Have them setup a Pop account? ( Like through Gmail ) or using Thunderbird or Outlook Express.
