E-mail Problems

I use Mail.app on my Mac to check my e-mail, but I get this message whenever I try to connect:

There may be a problem with the mail server or network. Check the settings for account “ethan@runefans.exofire.net” or try again.

The server error encountered was: The connection to the server “mail.runefans.exofire.net” on port 995 timed out.

How do I fix this?

Try not using SSL.
So you would use port 25.
