e-mailo server does not really send mail

I thought I had already opened a ticket but maybe not. None of the e-mail accounts that I have set up for lottoclubwins.com will send mail. Nothing ever arrives at its' destination, not even to the junk mail folder. This has been going on since I opened this acoucnt. Kind of hard to run a business when the e-mail client doesn't work.

Please help.
