e107 cms problem

I installed the e107 cms a couple of times but each time i get a blank page( after the install). Is it because my php settings are too low ?

How long have your application for PHPv2 been accepted?
Sometimes it can take up to 24hs for your PHP version to update and take effect.

It has been under 12 hours... so i'm guessing i'll just have to wait.. thanks for your help

Your PHP version has been upgraded and it should be working.
