You are right but it depends on you, how much do you want to exploit??
I would be satisfied earning 100$ a month which is safe but would you go for 300$ where you could be caught.

Anyways the script is sold and its legal. Otherwise they would not have sold it for 25$

Hm, I would be more concerned with this "Goofle" totally stealing Google's AdSense name. Isn't that, like, copyright violation? I doubt they could even pay nearly as much as the real Google.
