I would center your ads and also the text link boxes are off sized,

Im not a big fan of the ads but its alright.

Try to blend the text with the background a little better as well.

Hi these are the things i found odd on you pages.

(1)follow a single alignment. Your header ad is left aligned, your page content is center aligned. the footer ad is somewhat center aligned.
(2)the page with yellow background is horrible. it so bright. put some design and use it.
(3) some of the tables like in the time table is suppose, went outside the border.

Odds I found are listed bellow:

• Top Add alignment is not matched with your content.
• This is the first and the only site in India which will provide you with the schedule, booklist, syllabus for the exams. You should use eighter etc or an and between booklist and syllabus.
• All menu items changes their background to green when mouse hoover. So try to use another color for Email login and Exam schedule.
• Booklist page's backgroud color is not acceptable by me and the link color faded over the background.
• Last of all please try to use light colors for your site. So that it looks like official site.

I have to say personally I think the colour scheme is horrible, maybe get rid of the green.
Maybe also get yourself a logo made to make the header more interesting. Someone else has probably already said this but the top advertisements are out of alignment.
