Easy as hell image modification for 20 credits

Okay so that's so easy that any noob can do it, so do I, but I kind of lost the proper software to do it...

All I need is this image with a transparent background (leaving the line and flowers in place):

20 credits for the first to provide me with the fixed .gif image.
