Easy links not working

ok the basic link, but for some reason its not working i have done it many of times.

about which are you taking. whether your site or this forum(x10).
The urls in the image indicate this forum.

its for a site i'm making. The pages arnt linking to gether right. The code is correct right? there are in the same root folder. I cant see why its not woking.

what is it displaying (i meant the error).
Check the extension also.
