Edit flash in windows movie maker

Im trying to make a movie in windows movie maker. I have a flah file I need in it. How do i add it to windows movie maker?

Thats fine. Also do you know where I can get fats beating tune. Like have you ever seen previews for shows and they flip through scnes with liek this fats drum beat. DO you know what thats called?
