Email account

If I go into the email accounts section in cPanel I notice there is an email address from my old domain name, 'andysautos.pcriot.com' I am unable to remove it. Could you please remove the account 'andy@andysautos.pcriot.com' because it does appear in the list but when I try to delete it, it says 'Error, Account does not exist.'
